The new 3-D platform not only provides users with access to four dynamic virtual rooms and hundreds of shoppable items, but also an array of color formula recommendations, digital demos and business recourses, #ItTakesAPro team tips and product spotlights, class details and bookings, avatar design and so much more.

Users can say goodbye to mundane shopping and hello to an exhilarating virtual journey through The Virtual Store Experience’s four interactive virtual rooms:
- The “Color Lab” Room: Features an interactive color wheel, formula recommendations, brand content and shoppable color products and essentials.
- The “Most-Loved” Room: Showcases all bestselling and newly launched products, online exclusives and promotions, as well as all shoppable categories like haircare, styling, tools, skin and body.

Accessing The Virtual Store Experience
Step 1: Click "Stores" on the top navigation panel, then select "Virtual Store".
Step 2: Follow the prompt to login, then add to cart by clicking “Hotspots”. Pricing and applied discounts will be viewable at checkout.
Step 3: To checkout, follow the prompt to navigate into the traditional website store.
