Step-By-Step:

2. Apply V-I-Pink Passes overlapping PUMP Up the Volume. Cure 30 seconds.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for coverage.
4. (OPTIONAL STEP) Apply 1 coat of Top Coat. Do not cure. Use a dotter tool dipped in top coat to apply smiley face embellishments. Cure 30 seconds.
5. Finish with 1 coat of GelColor Top Coat. Cure 30 seconds in Dual Cure LED Light. Cleanse nails with a Nail Wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99.
