- Outline each star using a detail brush with OPI GelColor in Alpine Snow, cure for 30 seconds.
- Seal in the manicure by applying OPI GelColor Stay Shiny Top Coat, cure for 30 seconds.
- Lastly, wipe the nail using OPI N.A.S 99 Cleansing Solution and OPI Expert Touch Nail Wipes
