Formula: Blond Studio 9 + 20 Volume Blond Studio Oil Developer
Using a rubbing gesture randomly apply formula on the lengths and ends to bring light making sure not to touch the roots. Develop for 10 to 15 minutes until a yellow orange undercoat is achieved.
TREAT
Rinse and shampoo with LUO® Post-Color Shampoo. Towel dry cautiously.
