In celebration of Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month Heritage Month, members of the beauty community came together for an inspiring “Coffee & Culture Fireside Chat” featuring Endure Beauty CEO and Founder Nikki Huebner (@endurelash) and L’ANZA Creative Director Mark Dolan (@markdolan2). Hosted by SalonCentric on May 6th, 2024, Assistant Vice President, L'Oréal NEO Commerce, Sam Kang, facilitated a powerful conversation uplifting the AANHPI voices in our Beauty Community. With a focus on representation and belonging, the discussion delved into the individual and collective experiences of Dolan and Huebner’s career journeys and the challenges they overcame as AANHPI beauty professionals.
