Launched over 65 years ago, Style & Colour Trophy by L’Oreal Professionnel is the longest-running live hairdressing global competition, and this year, it's back in the USA. Together with the professional beauty community, get ready to celebrate and elevate the best hairdressing talent by getting in the game.
This year's competition theme is "French Edito," taking inspiration from the editorial world of hair and fashion. French Edito is a total-look image that could be the front cover of any premium magazine. French Edito is:
Every entrant creates a complete look that brings French Edito to life on the model of their choice. Choose to enter your French Edito look into one of four categories:
The top three entrants of each category are then invited to the U.S. Grand Finals on July 17th, at the Los Angeles Pro Lab. All finalists are eligible to be part of the People’s Choice Awards, voted on by the general public prior to the finals. Each category will have one winner and one runner-up. Out of the four top winners, there will be an Overall Winner who will represent the USA at the Style & Colour Trophy Global Finals. This winner will then recreate their look in an official photoshoot. These images will then serve as the official entry to the Global Finale.
